At Insightra.io, we are committed to offering a flexible and transparent cancellation experience. This Cancellation Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when canceling subscriptions or services on our platform.
By accessing or using Insightra, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Services
If you have subscribed to a recurring plan (e.g., monthly or annual service package), you may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard.
Key Terms:
No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge fees for cancellation.
No Prorated Refunds: Once canceled, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
Auto-Renewal: If not canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
To avoid unwanted charges, please cancel before the renewal date.
2. One-Time Services
For pay-per-use services (e.g., AI data analysis, text summarization):
Cancellation is not possible once the service is initiated and results are generated.
These services are delivered digitally and immediately after purchase, and thus are non-reversible.
If a technical failure prevents service delivery, please contact support immediately to assess refund or reprocessing eligibility (see Refund Policy).
3. How to Cancel a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
Logging into your Insightra account
Navigating to your Account Settings or Billing Section
Selecting Cancel Subscription or disabling auto-renewal

4. Confirmation of Cancellation
Once your cancellation is processed:
You will receive a confirmation email.
You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
After expiration, access to premium tools and datasets will be limited unless renewed.
5. Involuntary Cancellation by Insightra
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of:
Fraudulent activity
Terms of Service violation
Abuse of platform functionality or intellectual property
You will be notified via email in such events.
6. Data Access After Cancellation
After cancellation:
Your analysis history and reports will remain accessible in your dashboard for 30 days.
After 30 days, we may permanently delete account data from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are encouraged to download any critical files or reports prior to account closure.
7. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates implies your agreement to the new terms.
