Welcome to LahabStat.com, the official platform of LahabStat.com (Insightra-WebApp), an AI-powered academic data analysis service designed for researchers, students, universities, and professional institutions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User,” “Client,” or “you”) and LahabStat AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our platform, products, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using LahabStat.com or any of its subdomains, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any of the provisions set out below, you must not use our platform.

 

1. Scope of Services

LahabStat.com offers digital tools and AI-powered services including but not limited to:

  • Descriptive and inferential data analysis

  • AI-based textual analysis (e.g., sentiment analysis, summarization)

  • Hypothesis testing and statistical modeling

  • Real-time data processing for academic projects

Our Services are intended solely for lawful academic, institutional, educational, and professional purposes. Any misuse for unethical, malicious, or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

  

2. User Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  • You are legally competent to enter into binding contracts.

  • You affirm that you have the legal right to upload and process this data.

  • You retain ownership of all uploaded datasets.

  • You grant LahabStat a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process the data for the sole purpose of delivering Services requested by you.

We do not access, store, reuse, or sell user data for any purpose beyond service delivery, unless explicitly authorized by the user or required by law.

 

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to data confidentiality and security. Our platform utilizes:

  • TLS 1.2 or higher encryption for all communications.

  • SHA-256 SSL certificates for HTTPS protocol.

  • GDPR-aligned practices where applicable.

6. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions

  • All prices are displayed clearly on the Pricing page.

  • We accept payments through secure payment processors supporting Visa, MasterCard, and other authorized gateways.

  • All purchases are billed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) or U.S. Dollars (USD), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • You are responsible for ensuring successful payment and maintaining valid billing information.

7. Subscription Terms and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content, source code, visual design, logos, trade names, machine learning models, algorithms, and related assets are the exclusive property of LahabStat AI or its licensors.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Upload malicious code or malware.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or data.

  • Use the platform to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.

  • Interfere with the normal functioning of the site or services.

Violation may result in account suspension, legal action, and notification to relevant authorities.

 

10. Service Availability and Updates

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. From time to time, we may:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LahabStat AI shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data, business, revenue, or opportunities resulting from the use of our services.

  • Any decisions made by users based on platform-generated analysis.

Our liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid by the user for the services in question.

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LahabStat AI and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of the Services

  • Violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws

 

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

 

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jordanian civil courts.
