At LahabStat.com, all of our services are delivered digitally and instantly, using secure cloud infrastructure and AI-based processing engines. This Delivery Policy explains how our services are rendered, what users can expect after purchase, and how delivery timelines and formats are managed.

 

1. Nature of Delivery

LahabStat provides digital, automated data analysis services via web-based dashboards. No physical products are shipped.

Delivered Products May Include:

  • Interactive dashboards (displayed in your account)

  • Downloadable reports (PDF, CSV, DOCX, Excel formats)

  • Statistical results, figures, and interpretation

  • AI-generated summaries, insights, or visualizations

  • Research-ready analysis outputs

 

2. Service Activation & Turnaround Time

Most services are delivered instantly or within minutes after:

  • Successful payment confirmation

  • Dataset upload

  • Completion of variable mapping and configuration

In rare cases involving large datasets or complex analysis workflows, processing may take up to 30 minutes.

 

3. Delivery Method

All outputs are delivered through your personal LahabStat dashboard:

  • You will be notified via email once your analysis is complete.

  • You can log in to your dashboard to view, download, or manage your results.

  • In some services, downloadable file links will be made available directly from the results page.

We do not deliver results via third-party platforms, email attachments, or physical media.

 

4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your analysis is complete, you will receive:

  • A real-time success message in the platform

  • A confirmation email with delivery reference and summary

  • Access to view or export reports from your dashboard

We recommend checking your spam folder in case delivery emails are filtered.

 

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

In rare cases where:

  • A system failure prevents successful analysis

  • An uploaded dataset is incompatible or corrupt

  • The platform encounters a processing error

You will be notified via your dashboard or email. Our technical team will investigate and provide:

  • Free reprocessing if applicable

  • A credit refund or service extension

  • Full refund if no result was generated (as per Refund Policy)

 

6. Delivery Restrictions

Our service may not be available to users from jurisdictions under legal or technological restrictions (e.g., countries sanctioned by international laws or where academic data sharing is blocked).

 

7. Support for Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues related to delivery of your service, please contact our support team with:

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshot (if applicable)
